Attorney David Shlepakov was born in Haifa, Israel, and today lives and practices law in Boston, Massachusetts. Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian, David brings a unique perspective and global outlook to his work as a trial lawyer. His path to law was shaped by personal experiences, years of hands-on work in the construction industry across Massachusetts, and a deep commitment to advocating for individuals whose lives have been upended by the negligence of others.

David earned his bachelor’s degree from Lynn University in Florida before returning to Boston to pursue his legal education at Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk, David quickly distinguished himself as an active member of the school’s nationally ranked National Trial Team, where he sharpened his advocacy skills and found joy in the art of trial work. He clerked at a nationally renowned boutique personal injury firm during law school, where he contributed to cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, employment disputes, and civil rights violations. These experiences affirmed his calling as a plaintiff’s trial attorney—someone who could channel his skills and determination into seeking justice for those harmed by others.

Prior to his legal career, David worked in construction, an experience that not only took him across Massachusetts but also gave him an appreciation for hard work, problem-solving, and teamwork—values that now guide his practice in the courtroom.

Outside of his work, David enjoys reading, watching soccer, and sharing his love for Boston’s rich history by giving tours of the city’s neighborhoods and historic landmarks to friends and family. His dedication, cultural background, and real-world experience form the foundation of his approach as an attorney: practical, empathetic, and relentless in the pursuit of justice.
