My role focuses on reviewing medical records, translating complex healthcare information, and helping ensure that each client’s injuries and treatment are clearly understood throughout their case.
What I value most about this position is the opportunity to be client-facing. I enjoy connecting directly with people, listening to their concerns, and helping them feel supported during what is often a very difficult time in their lives. Being able to guide clients through the medical side of their case while working as part of a team that is dedicated to securing justice for them is deeply rewarding.
